One of the originals and all time classics, the smiling face with open mount emoji is very similar to both grinning face emojis, but is distinguished from these by a single row of white teeth in an open smile and its unique tall, oval shaped eyes. These characteristically oval shaped eyes have become more circular though on some platforms and on newer versions. On Samsung devices, for instance the emoji has circular eyes as well as eyebrows and an upwards tilt, further differentiating it from the grinning faces on the same platform.
